How do I apply for a member account?
Please fill in the correct information so as to facilitate inquiry on the information in the future and to enjoy your membership right;

How do I alter the password of the「member account」?

Firstly we want to remind you that after the application for the membership account is successful you cannot alter the account name but you can alter the password on your own according to your requirement.

How to alter the password of the「member account」:
Please login your Zeload acount and enter the 「Personal Info Management」 to conduct password alteration.

After the password alteration is completed, the system will request your to re-login with new password..
   
 
What is the reason when the message of(the account information is unusual, please contact customer service)is displayed during login?

(The account information is unusual, please contact our customer service representative).

This error message means that your account is locked and is under protection. The reasons of such locking are as follows:

  1. Member with this account is not online for over six months and the system will lock and protect automatically.
  2. The login password is wrong for three times and the system will lock and protect automatically.
  3. You have violated the regulation of the game (and unlock cannot be conducted).

Unlock method:
If the locking of the member account is caused by point no. 1, 2, our customer service representative will help you to unlock. Please provide the following information and 『after checking that the information is correct』, our service representative will help you to remove the unusual login locking):

If the information provided by you cannot conform to the member information, we cannot help you to remove the locking.

What should I do if I forget the 「member」 account and password?

If your member account is forgotten, you can go the "I forgot my User ID or Password" page and fill in the information that you registered in the beginning.

Upon verification by the system, a mail with the 「account or reset password」 will be sent to you immediately. Upon receipt please memorize your new password or go back to the Account center to conduct setting again.

If you use free email box, there will be problems like the mail receipt speed may be slow or the mail cannot be received. Please go to the 「mail receipt」, 「junk mail」 in the mail box to confirm.

For resetting password, part of the password is in capitalized character. Please conduct input based on the capitalized characters and after login, please alter the password on your own accord.

We would like to suggest you to alter your password irregularly in order to prevent invasion on your account by hacker!

   
 
The member password is reset but there is no receipt in the E-mail box?

If the password reseting mail cannot be received all along, please go to the 「mail receipt」 and 「junk mail」 in the mail box to confirm. If you still cannot receive anything, it may be that the mail box has mail blocking function. If player needs assistance from the customer service center to alter, such player is required to provide the following information:

  1. Member account
  2. Email during registration
  3. Processing matter: when the reset password is not received many times (please indicate what kind of account) and if you want to alter the member mail box please send such information to the customer service center in the form of email. Upon receipt of the mail, the customer service center will assist in such processing within 7-14 working days and will notify you on the processing result!!
